Sony NEX-FS100 Rig (sticks & hand-held ready) by Aaron Nanto on Flickr.
Camera-Porn POST!!! With the NEX-FS100… boys and girls enjoy the show.
- 5. He thinks global warming is a hoax. In his words, it’s “the greatest hoax, I think, that’s been around in many, many years — if not hundreds of years”. But that’s just the tip of the crazyberg. Ron Paul winning the presidency would be a disaster for the environment. He wants to completely disband the Environmental Protection Agency, abolish environmental regulation, and lift, it seems, just about all the restrictions on drilling for oil. Including in National Parks.
- 6. He doesn’t believe in evolution. When asked about it in 2007, he was pretty clear: “I think it’s a theory. The theory of evolution. And I don’t accept it as a theory.”
- 8. He is radically pro-life. And vehemently opposed to a woman’s right to choose. He signed the “personhood pledge” making the rounds on the current campaign, suggesting that abortion should be legally considered to be the same thing as murder.
- 13. He believes we’re waging a war against Christmas. In his words, he claims that “the elitist, secular Left” are waging an “ongoing war against religion” to “transform America into a completely secular nation, a nation that is legally and culturally biased against Christianity.” And as if that wasn’t crazy enough, he adds, “Christmas itself may soon be a casualty of that war.”
- 17. He wants to U.S. to seize control of the Panama Canal. Paul’s isolationism doesn’t seem to apply to the Panama Canal. The United States signed a treaty back in the 1970s gradually ceding control of the canal to the government of Panama. But Paul wants to overturn that. Because if the U.S doesn’t seize control of it, he claims some hostile regime might seize control of it instead.

Let’s all have a nice laugh at this letter from Sen. Chris Dodd and the MPAA:
A so-called “blackout” is yet another gimmick, albeit a dangerous one, designed to punish elected and administration officials who are working diligently to protect American jobs from foreign criminals.
Goodness, it turns out I CAN be made to like the MPAA even less.
MPAA calls it a gimmick, HA
3D movies are not a gimmick, they are an entertainment technology. The film ratings are not a gimmick, they are a safety technology. Lawsuits for internet downloading are not a gimmick, they are a blackmail technology. SOPA & PIPA are not a gimmick, they are a legislative monopoly technology.
Nice finding!! Monopoly Indeed! They do not care about piracy they are just getting ready for massive slide of cash sliding down to their pockets.

I definitely need a suit!!!
The Hunt Hunter 99.8% completed. Now we just need the theme song for the opening sequence and it should be finalized.
I have submitted the pilot to the Vimeo Awards+Festival. Let’s see how this goes.
The Haunt Hunter’s Editing Journal pt.2
December 29th, 2011.
Remember my very first post? The whole freakout post about my audio problem? I was trying to get rid the nasty hum in our audio… it got fixed! Now, I am doing some sweet tweaks in our audio for The Haunt Hunter. Last night, I had a good old friend to watch our show. He listened closely to our whole cut, he pointed out a couple small problems with our audio. He told me those problems are small and easy to fix. Here I am. Creating a new project in Premiere Pro CS5 for the show- this show must be in dolby 5.1 presentation for the film festivals that we are submitting into.

More work to be done! Also, I am editing against the clock our deadline for submitting the show to the LAComedyShortFilmFestival and The Vimeo Awards+Festival. This is going to be LE-GEN-DA-RY challenge to take on.
I would like to quote a very important person and a new role model to me.

We are going to Suit Up and head over to L.A. and N.Y. to kick some serious ass and do some serious exposure to our show.
Who wants to watch a pointless video from our dear friend Philip Bloom? This new piece have beautiful sceneries… yet I wish he had something more to offer than just a bland piece with no story to engages us the audience in to this video. How can you call yourself a filmmaker? If you’re only shooting buildings, animals, and landscape throughout the whole piece… I would call you a very skilled photographer who understands how lighting travels through your subject and your lens of the camera.
Seriously, if I had the equipment (or toys) that he has I would have made a sci-fi pilot or a cop drama for tv. Making some more money for myself and show off a bit. Damn you Philip Bloom… why do you have to use great (or expensive) equipment for this crap!
